1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for unworn, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- The watch should not show any signs of wear or damage.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
Note: Certain items may be ineligible for return due to health, hygiene, or safety concerns, such as custom-made products or items marked as final sale.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization:
Once we receive your request, our customer service team will review the information and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that returns cannot be processed without an RA number. -
Return Shipping:
After receiving your RA number, you may return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return arrives safely.
- Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that:
- Processing time: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to be credited back to your account after we have approved the return.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
Note: If you used a promotional code or discount during checkout, the refunded amount will be the price paid after the discount was applied.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by CoolSysnie.

- Photos of the damaged or defective item.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original purchase following our return policy and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved watches).
- Watches that show signs of use or wear, including scratches, dents, or alterations.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please note the following:
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or fees.
- You must ensure the item is properly packaged and marked as a “return” to avoid additional customs charges.
