1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or promotions), processing times may be longer, but we will notify you if there are any significant delays.

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number to help you track your shipment.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods based on your location and preferred delivery speed. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day (available only for select regions).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the package, and the delivery address.

International Shipping

CoolSysnie ships internationally to most countries. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times for international shipments are:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.
  • Expedited International Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

Please note that international deliveries may be delayed due to customs procedures or local regulations.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates, but please note that international orders may incur additional fees for customs duties, taxes, and other charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

For domestic orders within the U.S., shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. CoolSysnie is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package through the carrier’s website. 5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. 6. Risk of Loss

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. While we take great care in packaging your order securely, we recommend that you inspect the package upon delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number, or reach out to us at info@coolsysnie.com, and we will help facilitate the claim process.


7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as inclement weather, holidays, and customs delays (for international orders) may cause shipping delays beyond our control. CoolSysnie is not responsible for such delays, but we will work closely with you to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website, and free shipping may apply to specific regions, products, or order values. Terms and conditions for free shipping promotions will be clearly stated, and they may not be combined with other offers unless specified.


9. International Shipping & Customs Duties

When ordering from outside the United States, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed due to customs procedures. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs inspections.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal by the recipient, or any other issue, we will notify you of the return. You may be responsible for reshipping charges. In cases of failed delivery, CoolSysnie will issue a refund minus the shipping costs, and we will work with you to arrange a new shipment if necessary.
