- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
- If you experience any issues with tracking, please contact us for assistance.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery for security reasons.
- Some locations may have shipping limitations due to carrier restrictions.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
7. Damaged Items & Shipping Errors
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
